If we offer paid services in future (for example sponsored listings, banner advertising or resume services), these rules apply:
- Refund requests must be sent to studyyatraa@gmail.com within 7 days of payment.
- Refunds are not available once the service has been delivered or a sponsored post has been published.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
- Cancellations before delivery of the service are eligible for a full refund.
